Welcome,
I live by the saying that two things can be true at the same time.
In other words, my life has always felt like one big contradiction.
I have a deeply curious mind, and that curiosity leads me straight into inner chaos more often than I'd like
I love pushing myself out of my comfort zone, yet I dread the overwhelm that tends to follow.
Even learning, socializing, or completing simple tasks has never felt simple.
For years, I couldn't figure out why everything felt harder than it should.
It wasn't until much later that I began connecting the dots.
I started learning about highly sensitive individuals, empaths, introverts, and neurodivergent minds and realized I resonated with all of them.
But the deeper I went, the harder it became to treat those traits as separate categories.
I've seen these traits discussed separately, but not often in a way that reflects how they show up together, intertwined, and deeply personal.
I've never fully belonged to just one category. I exist somewhere in the overlap. This ultimately led me to create my own approach to growth, one that could accommodate the full complexity of who I am.
I stopped trying to force myself into systems that weren't made for how I function.
Instead, I became my own experiment, one that involved tracking how my energy flows, how I stay engaged, and how to adapt without abandoning myself in the process.
That's what led me here.
Growing by Divergent Means is a space for people like us, those who live in contradiction.
It's about learning to grow in ways that fit you.
Growing by Divergent Means is about honoring what's different about you and finding a personalized way forward built around your needs.
It's about finding different solutions for challenges based on your wiring, energy, and emotional rhythms.
If you've ever felt too inconsistent, sensitive, or non-linear to grow the "normal" way, then maybe this is for you.
You're not alone, and I'm glad you're here!
